We are extremely disappointed that a last-minute annoiuncement from the Prime Minister earlier today (31 July) means that we will not be able to open the salon until 15 August at the earliest.
While we understand fully the need to prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus it is frustrating for us and, even more so for our customers, to be subject to such change of guidance with so little notice.
We will, of course, comply with all Government guidelines and therefore look forward to welcoming our customers back starting, hopefully, from 15 August.
Sarah and Marcus
We have been given a date for when we will finally be able to reopen: 1st August 2020.
May we take this opportunity to thank you for your patience. We have been overwhelmed with how many clients have contacted us and we have tried to help where possible in these difficult times.
We have launched our re-designed website with an online shop of Skin products and at Home Treatment devices, so clients can keep up with their skin routines. You will also find regular blogs and vlogs, from Sarah, that are full of her expert advice on the best ways to look after your skin and will also keep you up to date with some of the fantastic products we now offer.
Our clinic is fully equipped with all the appropriate PPE and we have a new system in place to work under the new government guidelines.
Due to COVID-19 and the need for PPE we are asking all clients to bring their own face mask and attend their appointments on time and on their own. We are no longer able to provide a waiting area for friends and family.
Over the next couple of weeks we will be contacting all of you to get you booked in for your next appointments. We have missed you all, and cannot wait to catch up and get back to work.
Thank you and best wishes
Sarah & Marcus
Due to health reasons and the safety of ourselves and our clients we have had to make the decision to close the clinic for one month from (Monday 23rd March).
We have been advised by medical professionals that due the close proximity and duration of the time spent with each client, this puts us and you at a dangerously high risk of contracting the virus.
If you have an appointment booked soon with us we will be in contact to rearrange this. We hope you all understand and apologise for any inconvenience this causes.
Wishing you all good health. Sarah and Marcus
The Coronavirus will have impacts on the health system for the weeks and months to come and we understand that our clients will have concerns about booking or cancelling an appointment.

We now offer a full range of facial and body treatments and products and are well known for our results-driven skincare for face and body.
From April 2018, we will be offering treatments with the ACCOR Plasma Pen, which gives customers the most amazing results, normally only achieved by surgery. So we now have a natural alternative to botox and fillers.
Plasma pen treatment is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure for skin cleaning and skin rejuvenation problem areas. In the past the only method to treat these areas effectively was with ‘surgical blepharoplasty’. However since the introduction of this innovative technology in 2014, we can now perform safe and results driven skin tightening procedures without the need for needles.
The revolutionary technology removes excess skin by a process called sublimation. The extremely accurate instrument works by creating a plasma (electric) arc which works by heating the skin and creating increased collagen formation locally. The treatment does not use a scalpel or a laser to remove excess skin, thereby avoiding all risks inherent to the traditional intervention.
The treatment is performed without cutting, burning or removing excess skin or fat.
If you are unhappy with the skin around your eyes, or with baggy lower eyelids, or droopy upper eyelid skin and you do not wish to undergo a surgical procedure plasma pen may be the treatment for you.
A typical session will last around 30 to 45 minutes, although patients are required to attend the appointment an hour prior to the actual procedure to have topical numbing cream applied to the area to be treated. Patients may experience swelling and mild discomfort in the treated area following your treatment and this may last up to three days. Crustations will resolve within 5-7 days, but can be covered with liquid foundation.
We will discuss your treatment and what you can expect during your consultation. Most people see noticeable results after the first treatment, although some may require more than one treatment and this is subject to your personal expectation. A bespoke treatment plan will be discussed with you during your initial consultation session.
